Day one.  Be Good at Live!

Today we landed almost 500 miles to the south west in Cincinnati, Ohio.

It was a great trip. Chris and I had a long time in the car to catch up. Lots of laughs and lots of memories.  We really had a great time. We ate plant based whole food until we got to Cinci (Cincinnati) and hit Sammy's Craft Burgers which was featured in DinersDrive-InsDives, it was practically walking distance from the hotel so we had to do it.

As we were waiting for our table we were having a conversation about life with some of the patrons and I noticed the tattoo on this lady's arm that said, "Be Good At Live."   I loved that statement so I asked her if I could take a picture, I know weird, but  I loved the positive messaging and check this out her other arm read, "There is nothing I can't do,"  This lady was inked up with positive messaging!

Be Good At Life.  Ok, I am in. Life is short as we all know, but how do we be GOOD at it?

How about being kind and going the extra mile for people, being patient, showing support and finding the humor in everything.  It's not always easy because aren't we all just a bundle of issues?  Sure, but we all can be better at life.   If I can do it, you can do it.  Right?

OK, Chris is snoring up a storm, I guess it's time to hit the hay.

Tomorrow morning we have breakfast date with my best friend's widow and his beautiful daughters in Cincinnati.  I really miss that guy.  Life really is short.

We don't know where we are headed from there, but I am thinking that will hit Nashville and/or Memphis.   Good night!

Update: Covid Crash Kit:>. I started the post but it didn't save to drafts.   I will share it next post.
