Timbucha Kombucha was born commercially at the Fairport Brewing Company on Jan 1, 2016. In the same home brewing fashion, recipes were developed until perfection was accomplished.

- We start with our water and strip it of all impurities. We use a double charcoal filtration with a reverse osmosis finish.
- Only the finest certified Organic Teas/Blends and organic cane sugars to complete our recipes.
- Fermentation, with bacteria and yeast occurs in the finest Italian stainless steel fermenters. Our kombucha is checked daily to ensure the highest quality.
